If you're a wargamer, you've probably got your own fair share of unused metal and plastic bitz that you've accumulated over the years. Want to exchange some of those Necron arms for Space Marine legs? Got too many Bretonnian heads and want to see some glorious Empire knight plumed heads on your lance formation?
Olde World Games will be hosting its first Great Bitz Trading Day on June 29th! Come on down and bring your extra bitz and sprues and trade them with other people's collections! This unprecedented community-building exercise is the perfect way to add new parts to your army and help other players add the finishing touch to their armies!
Olde World Games is typically closed on Mondays, but it will open it's doors at 3:00 PM on the 29th to host this event. So break out your old bitz and attend the Great Bitz Trading Day at Olde World Games!

Warhammer 40k Battleboard Complete!
Greg Gibson has accomplished the impossible by winning five consecutive games at the top of the Battleboard with his Space Wolves, becoming the Olde World Games Battleboard Champion! His final battle was a pitched engagement against Lance Park's Orcs. The advantage swayed from one player to another until the sixth turn, where Greg defeated the bulk of Lance's forward attack squad by pincering them between two Space Marine units as well as a deadly Land Raider. The orcs fought like men possessed, but in the end the greenskins were no match for the combined Space Wolf squads that surrounded them. The single surviving orc squad unleashed some halfhearted shots at the surviving Marines, but it was clear that the Space Wolves would not be denied their victory!
With Greg Gibson's final win, the Warhammer 40k Battleboard has come to a close. Olde World Games thanks everyone who participated in this exciting challenge system!
Look for the Warhammer Fantasy Battleboard in the near future!

Apocalypse Game Complete!
The game took place from Friday, April 3rd, to Saturday, April 4th. Words can't describe how awesome this game was, and seeing the huge lines of tanks squaring off against the hordes of Tau crisis suits and demonic agents was truly grand.
The two most impressive pieces would have to the the colossal Titan on the Imperial Guard side, and the Eldar Cobra death tank on the other. These two models dominated the field in both grandeur and fighting ability!
With the success of this game, there's talk of another one in a month or two, so if you're considering getting into the Apocalypse scene, you definitely won't want to miss the next epic Warhammer 40k game!

If you've got 3,000 points or more in amassed 40k stuff, you could play in what is going to be an epic game for the ages! There's going to be some rules for army construction that might conflict with the established Apocalypse rules, and we'll add that as an update as soon as we get them, so stay tuned for more information.
